Article 1 Purpose
The purpose of this Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the terms and conditions of use and operation of the service of "ZEAT" (hereinafter referred to as "Service") operated by Playconnect Inc.
Article 2 Definition of Terms
The main terms used herein are defined as follows.
① Members: A person who agrees to the terms and conditions of the service and registers as a member by providing personal information, and who signs a contract for use with the service and uses the service.
② Contract: It refers to a contract concluded between the service and the members in relation to the use of the service.
③ Member player name (hereinafter referred to as "ID"): A combination of unique characters and numbers given to each member for the identification of members and the use of members' services.
④ Operator: It refers to the operator who runs the service.
⑤ Points: Refers to goods used within the service.
⑥ AP: Figures for user rewards within the service
⑦ Rewards: Digital assets paid as a result of activities within the service.
⑧ Termination: It refers to the cancellation of the contract of use by a member.
Article 3 Rules outside of Terms and Conditions
The operator may notify the operation policy separately if necessary, and if these terms and conditions overlap, the operation policy will be applied first.
Article 4 Conclusion of a Contract for Use
① The use contract is established with the consent of the person who intends to register as a member and use the service and the consent of the operator for the application for subscription.
② Anyone who intends to use the service by registering as a member shall be deemed to have read these terms and conditions at the time of application for service subscription and expressed consent to these terms and conditions.
Article 5 Application for Service Use
① Users who want to register as members and use the site must provide all the information requested by the service.
② Members who do not register their true information, such as stealing other people's information or registering false information, cannot claim any rights in relation to the use of the service and may be punished according to relevant laws and regulations.
Article 6 Privacy Policy
The service and operator do not have a password among the personal information provided at the time of membership registration, and the related part follows the service's personal information processing policy. Operators shall endeavor to protect the personal information of members, including membership registration information, as prescribed by relevant laws and regulations.
The protection of members' personal information shall be governed by the relevant laws and services' personal information processing policy.
However, the operator is not responsible for any information exposed due to reasons attributable to the member. If a member registers and distributes illegal posts, such as posts that are harmful to good taste or violate national security, the operator may view the member's data and submit the relevant data to the relevant agency at the request of the relevant agency.
Article 7 Obligations of Operators
① If the operator deems that opinions or complaints raised by users are justified, he/she shall handle them as soon as possible. However, if it is difficult to process quickly due to personal circumstances, we will do our best, such as sending a note or e-mail to a notice or user member after the fact.
② The operator may request the service to repair or repair it without delay in the event of a facility failure or loss to provide continuous and stable service. However, if there is a natural disaster or an unavoidable reason for the service or operator, the service operation may be suspended.
Article 8 Obligations of Members
① Members shall comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, all regulations set by the operator, notices, and operating policies, and shall not interfere with the work of the service or damage the reputation of the service.
② The member shall not transfer or transfer the authority to use the service or other status under the contract of use to another person unless the service is explicitly agreed, and shall not provide it as collateral.
③ Customers must pay considerable attention to personal information management and cannot provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the operator or service.
④ Members must not infringe on the operator, the service and the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Article 9 Hours of Service Use
① Service hours shall be 24 hours per day throughout the year, unless there are any special business or technical obstacles. However, the service may be temporarily suspended on the day or time set by the operator for regular inspection, expansion, and replacement of the system, and the suspension of service due to scheduled work will be notified in advance on the service's website, so please refer to it from time to time.
② However, the service may be temporarily or permanently discontinued without prior notice or notice in the following cases.
- Urgent system inspection, extension, replacement, failure or malfunction
- Cases where there are force majeure reasons such as national emergency, power failure, natural disasters, etc
- In the case where a key telecommunications service provider stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act has stopped telecommunications services
- Where the normal use of the service is hindered due to excessive use of the service, etc
③ In case of service interruption under the preceding paragraph, the operator notifies the member in advance through a notice. However, if it is impossible to notify in advance of the interruption of the service caused by reasons beyond the control of the service, it shall be replaced by a post-notification.
Article 10 Termination of Service Use
① If a member wishes to terminate the use contract with the service, the member must apply for cancellation of registration online. On the other hand, apart from the cancellation of the service, the contract for use of the service must be terminated separately.
② Service-related programs provided by the service are automatically deleted from the membership management screen upon cancellation application, so the operator can no longer view the cancellation applicant's information.
Article 11 Restrictions on Service Use
A member shall not commit any of the following acts, and in the event of such acts, the operator may restrict the use of the member's service and take legal measures, terminate the use contract, or suspend the service for a fixed period.
① The act of registering false information at the time of membership registration or when information is changed after membership registration
② Obstruction of others' use of services or theft of information
③ impersonation of the service's management, staff, or officials
④ Infringement of services or other third-party personal rights or intellectual property rights or obstruction of business
⑤ Unlawful use of other members' personal information
⑥ Collecting, storing, and disclosing personal information about other members without their consent
⑦ an act that is objectively judged to be linked to a crime
⑧ Any other act that violates the relevant laws and regulations
Article 12 Management of Posts
① The operator is responsible for the management and operation of posts and materials of the service. The operator shall always monitor defective posts and materials, and if he/she finds or receives a report of defective posts and materials, he/she may delete them without prior consent and suspend the use of the service for a certain period of time. On the other hand, the publisher himself is responsible for the posts posted by the members, so the members themselves should not post posts that violate these terms of use.
② If there is a request for correction from public institutions such as the Information and Communication Ethics Committee, the operator may delete or move the post without the prior consent of the member.
③ The criteria for judging defective posts are as follows.
- In the case of a serious insult to another member or a third party or damaging his/her reputation
- disseminate or link content that violates public order and good morals
- In the case of encouraging illegal copying or hacking
- When advertising is for profit
- In the case where it is objectively recognized as being linked to a crime
- In the case of infringement of other users or third parties and other rights such as copyright
- Where it is deemed to be in violation of other relevant laws and regulations
④ If a service or operator receives a request to suspend posting of a post from a third party for defamation, infringement of intellectual property rights, etc., he/she may temporarily suspend posting (suspend transmission), and a lawsuit between the person requesting the suspension of posting and the person registering the post, If the agreement or other similar decision of the relevant agency is made and submitted to the service, it shall be followed.
Article 13 Preservation of Posts
If the service operator interrupts this service due to unavoidable circumstances, the member shall be notified in advance and measures shall be taken to prevent further storage of the post after the interruption.
Article 14 Copyright for Posts
① The copyright of posts posted by members within the service belongs to the members who posted them. In addition, the service may not commercially use the post without the consent of the publisher. However, this does not apply if it is for non-profit purposes, and it also has the right to publish within the service.
② Members may not commercially use data published in the service, such as arbitrarily processing or selling information acquired using the service.
③ The operator may delete, move, or reject registration without prior notice if it is deemed that the contents and contents in the service posted or registered by the member fall under each subparagraph of Article 12.
Article 15 Compensation for Damages
① All civil and criminal liability arising from this service is primarily the member himself/herself.
② If the damage received by the member from this service is unavoidable, such as a natural disaster, or caused by the member's intention or negligence, no compensation shall be made.
Article 16 Disclaimer
① The operator is exempt from liability for damages caused by the member's failure to obtain the expected benefit from the service provision or the selection or use of service materials.
② The operator is exempt from liability in the event of failure of the service base of this Service and telecommunications services provided by other telecommunications providers and is subject to the terms and conditions of use of the Service for damages incurred in connection with the service base of this Service
③ The operator is not responsible for any material stored, published or transmitted by the Member.
④ The operator shall not be responsible for any disturbance in the use of the service due to reasons attributable to the member.
⑤ The operator shall not be responsible for any activities (including data transmission and other community activities) between the members or between the members and third parties, or within and outside of this service of the members.
⑥ The operator shall not be responsible for the authenticity, reliability, accuracy, etc. of the materials posted or transmitted by the member and all the materials that the member can receive through this service.
⑦ The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the transaction of goods, etc. between members or between members and third parties through services.
⑧ The operator shall not be responsible for any dispute arising between members or between members and a third party without cause attributable to the operator.
⑨ The operator shall not be responsible for damage to the members due to system failures that may occur without intentional or intentional negligence in the management, inspection, repair, replacement, or operation of the software, failure of the system due to third-party attacks, distribution of computer viruses, etc. that have not been developed by prominent domestic and international research institutes or security-related companies, or other force majeure reasons beyond the control of the operator.
Supplementary Provisions
1. These terms and conditions will come into effect on June 01, 2024.
2. These revised terms and conditions apply only to contracts concluded after the effective date, and the terms and conditions before the amendment apply to contracts concluded prior to that date.
